I didn't think of looking at my receipt being in panic mode until later on realizing what had happened smh .And when I called to have them correct the misclassification under false pretense.they refused to corrected the issue.seems fraudulent to me . Even if it's past 60 days, if the transaction was misclassified (loan instead of sale), anyone should have grounds to challenge it--this isn't just a standard default; it's potentially a regulatory violation or deceptive practice.
