There was no sales pressure in our multiple visits, and they provided feedback from their customers, good and bad, on the various models we looked at. The price was the same as everywhere else - Bosch does not allow discounting - so that's not a factor. We deducted two stars for the incredibly poor "installation" job. By the time the delivery guys left, claiming the floor would have to be modified for the range to fit (into our standard size and height cabinets), we were glad to see them go, even though the range was sitting in the middle of the kitchen. We checked the electrical connection before we finished the installation ourselves. There was no strain relief installed, which is a violation of code and not in compliance with the range installation instructions, which warn repeatedly not to use the range without a strain relief. (The strain relief provides protection against damaging the terminals on the range if the cord is yanked, and keeps the cord insulation from being cut by the sharp metal on the cabinet.) We called Atlantic, and the response was "we never bother with the strain relief." It is unsafe and unprofessional to neglect this. What's more, the delivery guys damaged the electrical knockout beyond any normal repair. We came close to declaring the unit dead on arrival and returning it. But then we would be without a range, so we spent the next several hours making a safe and secure electrical connection and adjusting the leveling legs for a good fit. The result is the range looks good and works perfectly, and we are trying to forget about the botched installation. DO NOT let Atlantic install or even un-box your range. They simply throw out parts they think are unnecessary (the anti-tip bracket, for example) and go on their way. Do the (simple) installation yourself, or enlist a knowledgeable friend.

Then the couple left. Sounds great right? Unfortunately, the vibe changed. The lady that was helping me asked him to help us. The Bad- The salesman came over to help us. Boy, totally different attitude. No smile. No eye contact. No thank you when I left no nothing. He did not make me feel like he was happy to help me as a potential customer. Lost my business. I want to feel like they are happy that I am there. Like the really nice ladies's attitude, hers was wonderful. Super fail on customer service from the sales man. One the other hand, be wary of the one who either is the manager or thinks she is the manager (dark hair and glasses). She is nice until there is an issue then she becomes rather unprofessional and places the blame on you if you are not satisfied with how the framing turned out. In my case, I was not given an option for the glass and was given the cheapest version which has constant glares from any light and does not protect your artwork. I did not go to the Framework Outlet because it was an outlet, which one would assume to be cheaper. I went there as it was close to where I live and I have not lived in Wilmington long. She made the cheap assumption. All I wanted at first was to replace the glass and matt, which I had been steered to that color and it made the artwork look flat. I fully expected to have to pay for this. Then I noticed in the shop that the frame had been cut where almost 3/4ths of the frame was one color shade and the balance was another color. This is where the unprofessionalism kicked in. She even had the nerve to sarcastically tell the person who cuts the frames that I was just not happy with anything, and that is not what I had said. This was with me standing next to her. She does not believe that a customer has any right to not be happy as it would cost the shop more - the frame was definitely not my fault. When I got totally fed up with being treated this way and started to take my painting and leave she actually tried to stop the framer from trying to assure me that a solution would be found. She also got upset because she was waiting on me when a male customer came into the store. At that point, I told her to go on. Today when I went back to pick up my reframed artwork, there was a place on the front edge of the frame that had been nicked off... over an inch long. She tried to convince me that it was the way the wood was. There were no other nicks on the frame. There were no nicks on the previous frame. Then she claimed she had not made the sarcastic remark the time before. By the way, I did not receive the original glass that I had already paid for or the first matt. That the store kept though I had to pay full price for the new glass and matt. Needless to say, I will never be using this company again, which is sad as the other two ladies were lovely.
