They broke multiple items, including an entire box of wrapped, clearly labeled FRAGILE plates and bowls, plus a sentimental cookie jar, and also damaged our walls. When we raised concerns, they initially said nothing could be done. After asking what resolution we wanted, we gave a reasonable request -- and they stopped responding. Very disappointing. Poor care and no accountability.
