(Not sure if this happens with every customer). My dog's coat was impeccable and her nails were trimmed perfectly. She had broken a nail the night before on the ice so it was very sensitive. But the groomer made sure the nail was trimmed properly. Overall, a great experience!! P.S. I went here in early March (about 6 mos ago) so the fact that I'm writing this review now shows that this place is seriously amazing and that the experience was so positive, it's hard to forget.

Like a doc's office: is the dog on any medication? has the dog had surgery recently? is the dog allergic to cleaning solutions? My dog is shy and she's gotten to know all these people and comes one day a week to play with the other dogs. She has more confidence. They know her personally and call her by name. This is a "home away from home" and you can feel confident that your dog will get great care.
