We waited an hour longer than the quoted time for our pups to be released, she hands us a bill and walks away. No love for our dogs, not nurturing...we will never bring our sweet dogs here again. I hope the dogs will forgive us for such a traumatic experience.

I have been going to Marda Loop Doggie Day care ever since my dog Chip was a puppy. For 5 years…read morenow, I have taken Chip to be groomed there. This is a family run business. I have tried other groomers with terrible results. Not so with Alice the owner. Chip is always clean, and beautifully trimmed. His nails are done nicely. He is well treated and loves Alice. I can tell because he likes to be held by her. I highly recommend this business. This is a very transparent business. You can see the dogs being groomed. At other places, you are not allowed to see your dog being groomed. And they have the dogs in the back behind closed doors. At Marda Loop doggie day care, the door is wide open in the front. I can see everything being done to Chip. The best testament is that Chip walks in and allows Alice to hold him. I have tried on a few occasions the day care and Chip always walked in. Whenever he sees their van pull up, he is ready to just jump in so he can be wisked off to his spa for his holiday. I never ever have to worry about him, as they treat him like one of their own. We tired one kennel just outside of Cochrane only to have our dog returned home filthy (had been peed on by other dog) his bed was all peed on and our groomer found a cut on his foot the next day... so we were very on guard as we continue to search for another kennel - that's when we tried Country Tails. Dave and Cathy are fantastic and it is clear they love and are commitment to running a safe and fun Country Tails Kennel. They quickly put you at ease, and our dogs loved them!! Last time we dropped them off at the kennel, our older dog (who had been there before) didn't even look back at us but pulled the staff member into the back to be with the other dogs - he's only ever done this at our old kennel before our move ...that speaks volumes to us!!
