I went with a step above what is considered a summer cut . In my opinion , it took off too much hair. I just know what to request on the next visit in 6 to 8 weeks. Maybe longer since the cut was shorter than what I envisioned it would be. Due to COVID 19, there are operating with curbside only. Prior to my visit here , I downloaded their app. Unfortunately, appts can't be scheduled on the app and payments aren't accepted either. Still trying to figure out the purpose of the app , but I'm sure it has it's benefits to some. I like that TDS offers a variety of services for pets and that they are conveniently located right off Hwy 11.

It takes a little while to get into a "groove" with a new groomer- just like it does a new Vet or a new Doctor. You have to learn about each other & learn what works and what doesn't. So far I'm very satisfied with Groomer Has It & hope to use them as long as my babies need grooming. I need to add that I only tried this groomer after my regular groomer couldn't fit us into their schedule with the covid restrictions. So glad they couldn't!!

First and LAST time with this groomer. I am not happy with my dog's service. I asked for my long…read morehaired double coated Chihuahua to be trimmed, and got a clipper cut instead. His luscious coat is completely gone, and he feels like a Brillo pad. It will take months or more to get back his coat, and winter is coming. And let's put aside the obvious misinterpretation for a second. I ask for his feet to be trimmed, and they were not done completely, there are spots that are short and long. And his nails weren't trimmed at all. Also, his bum was not trimmed evenly. If I wanted a bad trim job, I could of done that my self and saved $45. I feel like my dog looks older because of this haircut. Just a crappy job all around. I ask for a refund, and was not given one. The owner, Diana, said she would do better next time. Yeah I don't think so. The picture on the left is from Groomer Has It. The picture on the right is from Jazz em up two months earlier, you can see that the feet are groomed properly. Even my poor dog is not happy, and can tell a difference.

I took a Kitten that I found to Branchville Vet. This kitten was going to be given to a friend. I…read moremade it very clear that this kitten was going to be housed with another Cat and I want to run whatever tests were going to need to be run to keep the other cat safe. Branchville recommended the bare minimum. I even brought up the kitten's insatiable appetite. They told me "it's fine it's just a growing kitten." When I gave my friend the kitten he immediately took it to his own vet who ran MANY tests. Turns out the kitten had worms that could've been passed to the other cat. I was very clear about what I wanted from Branchville and they dropped the ball. Luckily my friend brought the kitten to a better veterinary's office. Don't bring your animal to Branchville if you want them to be healthy.

The dr understood that I didn't want to spend a lot of money on x-rays and labs (for a 14 year old that I knew what the problem was) and just ordered some muscle relaxers and nerve meds. They did the trick!! They understood the problem and helped without me waiting!! They were wonderful!! I definitely recommend them for all of your pet needs!! They are great!!
