For background: My husband and I came to Your Dog Butler with a doozy of an ask. We needed to get a 7-month-old puppy from Canada to the US in less than a week, and we only had one day and time that worked for the breeder. Clearly, this was nerve-wracking and felt impossible to solve on our own, given the laws of both countries, borders, and paperwork, while managing the most difficult breeder I have ever met. There was so much to figure out, and we had little time to do so. As soon as I spoke with Arlene at Your Dog Butler, my problems melted away. I could finally stop feeling nervous and feel excited about our new dog. Arlene was so different from other pet transportation companies we had spoken to. She immediately took on the challenge and answered questions I hadn't even thought to ask yet, right off the top of her head. She's really brilliant, and her knowledge and expertise help speed up the process. I knew our new puppy would be safe with her team. The biggest help was the personalized service they offer.
