Daphne had a restful fun time on both occasions. Daphne is getting older and it's wonderful to have a place for my dog, Daphne, to stay when I'm on holiday. I know she's in great hands. Furthermore, Niki is an expert groomer! I adopted an insanely cool Chinchilla Persian cat, Puffcat, from Niki's Play n' Stay just after winter break. Chinchilla Persians are lovely! The breed requires very careful grooming every 4-8 weeks--including bathing, shaving, and drying with a special high velocity cat hairdryer. Therefore, I just had my Chinchilla Persian, Puffcat, over at Niki's for grooming and he came back looking picture perfect. After his grooming, he's sooooo puffy, smells amazing, and he has been expertly shaved & trimmed. Thank you Niki! Highly recommend!!

She did a beautiful job, especially on his paws (Goldens have webbed feet with lots of hair between the toes and around the pads, and constantly wet feet this time of year makes them vulnerable to infections, so a good paw trimming is really helpful.) I decided to take…read moremy puppy and was told he would get a trim/bath and it would be between $40-$45 on my receipt it shows I paid $55 for the puppy and $55 for my other dog so I'm not to happy with the price for my puppy since I was told he wouldn't get a full groom. My older dog came out looking adorable as ever so I'm really glad for that because he's a rough outside dog so he was dirty. My puppy however came out looking funny and I'm so unhappy with whatever was done to his head and face. All I can do is laugh. Now I'm not sure if I should return because for $55 it was DEFINITELY not worth it. He looks scary almost. I'll post before and after pics of my pup just to show what I mean.

What's the point of a 3 start review? We have 2 terriers. One that HATES baths and the other will take any kind of attention he can get. Before Rosie the only person that could give the chicken a bath without howling and screaming, was my grand daughter. She lives in Illinois and came out for 2 weeks every year during summer break from school. Before Rosie, we took our dogs to several groomers and none of them could bathe her without a lot of noise and 1 up and stopped her bath and told me not to bring her back! It took Rosie a few baths, before the chicken SH** started to trust her, but she's fine with her now. Still doesn't like the hair dryer, but she manages. She doesn't make any noise at the dryer, just shakes. Good job, Rosie, and THANKS!
