After the shot the vet recommended a warm compress on the thigh but the puppy would not allow this; so we needed pain medication. We called (same day) and there was no answer on the phone at 4pm, so we rode back up there for pain medicine and they were closed with a paper closed sign on the door. Very upset & disappointed.

Took my cat to get neutered at their van and they left him with an open wound. He was dripping…read moreblood from his incision within a couple hours. He hadn't touched the incision site at all. He didn't do anything but lay on the floor after we got home. It was almost like they didn't stitch or glue or anything to the incision. There is also excessive bruising all the way from his butt to his lower abdomen. My baby is miserable. I would never take another animal to their spay/neuter van. I ended up taking him to the emergency vet just 3 hours after I brought him home.
