When I came to pick him up the male…read moregroomer (that I was told has been there for a long time) told me that he had to bite my puppy on the nose because he tried to nip at him while he was clipping his nails & that he had to "pop" him on the snout several times throughout the grooming session because he was a terrible dog. I was horrified!!! Can you imagine what he did to my puppy behind closed doors that he DIDN'T tell me about? God only knows what went on while I wasn't there....I don't even want to think about it. Now my puppy is terrified to get his nails clipped & get groomed Luckily, I found a wonderful groomer who has the patience & the know how to work with my puppy & make getting groomed & his nails clipped a positive experience for him.

Heather has been grooming and boarding my dogs for at least 10 years. She does a great job and the…read moredogs all love her. All of my dogs have always been excited to go to her shop. Heather listens to and follows my requests for grooming styles and notifies me if she notices anything during grooming that may need to be addressed by me or a vet. I have left dogs with her for 2-3 weeks while I was on vacation, and never had to worry about their care because I know she will make sure they are always ok.

The Dapper Dog at Stephenville became a lifeline. Going out of town for business or personal respite was much easier knowing that the caring, loving, and compassionate team at the Dapper Dog was like home for him. My next chapter has taken me away from Stephenville, and I am uncertain I will find the same level of hospitality. Admittedly, Pierre Blu and I were extremely spoiled.
