Dr. Esposito and his assistant were genuinely caring and compassionate from the moment they walked into our home. Sheldon's passing was exactly what we wanted for him -- gentle and without suffering, and the in-home service made an unbearable day much more bearable. We are forever grateful. Heather listens to and follows my requests for grooming styles and notifies me if she notices anything during grooming that may need to be addressed by me or a vet. I have left dogs with her for 2-3 weeks while I was on vacation, and never had to worry about their care because I know she will make sure they are always ok.

When I called to talk to her after following instructions they gave me she seemed very perturbed on the phone for bothering her. My cat I thought was near death and she didn't care. I did what she suggested we do by the time we got him to emergency he died. He trusted me to take care of him, I thought I was doing right by trusting them. Turns out you can't trust them, I will forever feel awful about letting him down, he was only 7 years old. He died from diabetes which is treatable!! She suspected that but apparently didn't want to treat him. I am heartbroken. All those animals they see they are NOT just a number, they are our best friends. Don't trust them, find someone who actually cares.
