My animals actually like coming to see Dr. Jen and prior to her, Dr. Noble. On the other hand, I have seen changes due to new Corporate ownership; for example no weekend hours. These changes have affected many of the vet clinics including Champlain and has caused a great deal of client congestion. Champlain will move an appointment for an urgent case but unfortunately, for a non urgent appointment you may have to wait. I would definitely like to see appointments based on a 6 day week as it used to be. I think it would also help avoid the over priced emergency clinic. One appointment there will leave you needing to take out a second job just to pay the bill.
