I should have got the girls name, but I'll give you a description younger long black hair and glasses. If you see her don't go to her. Something happened with my western union transaction and she had to call and sort out the problem. She hung up the phone three times slamming it. She also was rolling her eyes at me and making it look as if I did something to her. Thankfully two windows next to her there was a nice lady willing to help me and helped me. I would definitely look into the people you hire. I'm paying for a service and this is the type of treatment I get??? Eye rolling and slamming the phone. No thank you! I ended up going to Walgreens and finished my transactions there with the western union and they were kind and took care of me. I hope no one else has this problem with the crappy service from that girl.

I've taken several loans out from this particular establishment over the last couple of years and…read morehave never had any kind of a problem either with the staff or the repayment schedules. I've taken both payday loans and installment loans. The interest on the payday loans was reasonable enough (it sure beats the lecture you inevitably get when borrowing from a relative - lol) but the interest on the installment loans is sky high; you end up paying more than double the amount borrowed over the course of about a half of a year. Payday loans are MUCH better to take out as the interest works out to about $18 per $100 borrowed and payable on your next paycheck, so the pain is over quickly. They call you several days ahead of your scheduled repayment date to remind you, and that has saved my skin on several occasions. The employees are professional and nice, particularly the store manager (Mardis is her name). They are definitely NOT like the employees at ANY given PLS Store, which I'm sure is an anagram for Professional Loan Sharks! I probably would only give 3 stars at best to any loan store, simply because I can't get all worked up about taking out a loan of any kind at any time ever, but I will give a 4th star because of the employees professionalism and nature.

I had no idea that it had expired at the end of Jan 2025 and here we are at the end of February. Good news is I did not get any tickets between the end of Jan and today. Even better news is that this currency exchange was close enough so I could get there on my lunch break. The woman behind the bulletproof glass was very friendly and very fast in taking care of me. It actually took me more time to drive over and back to work than it took to get the new sticker. So for me this was a five start experience: fast and friendly and no ticket. Nice thing about the location was that there was a parking lot, so I didn't have to deal with street parking, although there seemed to be plenty around.

I have gone here several times to use their services & customer service of staff ranges from poor to fair depending who is working. Today, was the final insult & I will never use this location again. Used their western union services & the woman working there was rude from the start. Instead of doing her job & providing helpful info, she made rude comments like " its very expensive" instead of just providing cost. Also asking where my mother is from. She also made a statement that I was using my mother to send money when I was helping send money for her sister's funeral. She refused to provide her name or name of her manager, so she obviously knew she was in the wrong. Is basic customer service skills & courtesy too much to ask for?
