I highly recommend Payless Airport Shuttle! They picked me up in the middle of a snowstorm. There was at least a foot of snow on the ground. Donna was my driver. She even arrived early and helped clear a path in the driveway so I could get to the van. She helped me load my luggage. The roads were bad but she was careful and skilled and we arrived safely to the airport. I left my snacks in the van and she texted me to tell me they were there and she was waiting outside baggage claim to give it to me! Thank you Donna! You made my life So much easier that day! Call or text them for quotes as you can get a discount on more than one rider. I think they cover a couple counties so please consider a call vs airport parking or for large travel groups. We've used Payless shuttle before in the past and never had any problems. On our vacation we called Payless shuttle in advance to be picked up and taken to an Airbnb in Coeur d'Alene. When we arrived at Spokane International Airport we went to the area where we were supposed to wait for the shuttle and couldn't find them so we called and they told us they had nothing for us as far as the reservation and if we'd like them too they could send somebody to pick us up but it would be an excess of an hour. The whole reason we called and made a reservation is in advance is so that we didn't have to wait, needless to say we were a bit disappointed and we won't be using that service again. On the good side the people at the airport found us another taxi which cost more but was there immediately and took us right away. read more

My husband and I were almost 2 hours late arriving at Spokane Airport...after 1 am on a snowy holiday night. We were worried about our transportation to Hayden Lake, but there was no need to worry with Payless and Debra Swann behind the wheel. She was there monitoring our flight and greeted us with delight and a warm (literally) welcome. Her upbeat conversation and knowledge of the mountain area set us at ease as she took us to our destination. I book with Payless to be picked up at 5:15 in the morning and dropped off at the airport. They arrived on time in the gentleman who pick me up with very nice. However there is a light snow coming down and he made a wrong turn and took me 15 minutes the wrong way which added 30 minutes to my drive to the airport. This put me in the position where I'll miss my flight. Thank goodness Delta airlines didn't charge me for re scheduling my flight, however instead of getting home in 3 hours it was a 12 hour day. I don't think that the driver did anything attention on he was a really nice guy. I called the office to see if we can resolve something to accommodate me for the fact that I paid in tips and full. However the lady who helped me was upset because my cousin called complaining as she said that she was willing to work Something out but then decided that she wasn't going to help me. She stated I was a nice person but she was no longer or unable to resolve anything do tomy family members being upset that I miss my airline flight read more

I have used Payless Shuttle 3 times and today was the last. Their cars are dirty inside and out. Today I was mistaken about the fare and was 10.00 short. They do not take credit cards. I arranged for my elderly mother to give me the $10 when I arrived in CoeurdAlene. The driver was rude. Had my name wrong and thought he was picking up a man.
