I called several cab companies in CDA before I reached CDA Cab looking for prices and size of the…read morecab. I reached Steve the owner/ manager ( not sure which). He was pleasant, quoted me the rates and scheduled to have me, my grown daughter, and 15yr old granddaughter picked up from the airport. Steve had the flight number the time we landed and said they would check the flight prior to our arrival to make sure it was on time. I asked to I need to confirm this information before leaving from my destination. "No everything is confirmed. Robert will probable be your driver that night." We landed in Spokane airport at 11:00, tired from the days activities and rushing from one plane to the other. We were looking forward to the last leg of our trip to be calm and ready to get home. DID NOT HAPPEN. No one was at the airport to pick us up. I called to find out what happened. Robert answered the phone and stated, " We don't go to Spokane Airport. The taxes are killing us." I was so tired I wanted to reach through the phone. "Robert," I said, "Steve told me you would be picking us up, he confirmed it before I left!" I'm very anger now, " w We don't go to Spokane." I hung up and called my 75 year old husband to come pick us up in the middle of the night now to pick us up. Robert calls me back and says, " Who did you talk to?
