Th nail tech…read morewho says she has 15 years experience should probably go take some customer relations trainings (very rude, angry young woman who doesn't know how to properly speak to clients. she messed up my nails to the point I asked her to just soak them off and forget it. she was mad/angry/ cutting me off while trying to speak, then came the elderly nail tech giving me the third degree, staring into my eyes (super creepy not blinking) almost calling me a liar while the other nail tech (who just had a baby) is droning on and onin the background. Between the two of them and their highly unprofessional behavior and the manner in which they blamed ME, the customer, for the fact that their nail powder and matching polish don't MATCH at all, not even close - and then they began saying oh it never matches you have to get a different one and on and on they blabbered. Sorry but the sample I shown was the color I wanted. At that time (prior to putting it on my nails) one of them should have forewarned me that the colors wouldn't match. i would've chosen something else if given the option, i don't work there. i don't know that a red polish #101 does not match its coordinating dip powder #101. Rather than slap it on my nails or someone else's, LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THERE MIGHT BE AN ISSUE WITH THE COLOR of the nails NOT MATCHING THE PEDICURE POLISH! Then here came the older lady asking stupid non-related questions such as, where do you usually go? (what does that even matter and how is it her business?!) Strange strange strange, unprofessional, lack of practical skills in applying dip powder, and a huge issue with effective and POLITE communication with a potentially new customer. never again! i'll be sure to steer clear of Royal Nails. The only royal thing they were was a ROYAL PAIN in the butt. (except for the pedicure tech who did a lovely job on my toes!)

They enjoy laughing and make it a great experience for everyone. My nails always look amazing - I get them redone because they grow out not because they broke off or cracked. Pedicures are top notch. Waxing is great and now I'm a private and comfortable room! My daughter loves it there, she is very shy but they make her feel comfortable and that means a lot to me. I have gone other places in a pinch (when US nails is closed) and regretted it! As long as I live in East Texas I will not be going anywhere else to get mani-pedi-waxing done!

They rinsed the used nail clippers and cuticle wand in my foot water and put them back in the box and onto the rolling cart for the next client. This is how fungus and other bacteria get transferred from client to client. Very unsanitary. I wish I could give them more stars but I really wouldn't suggest using a place that doesn't sanitize their products.

I was afraid I may not be able to be serviced since I get off work at 6, but I was seated right away. Tracey was the one who served me, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. She did not rush me as I looked through the palettes of color choices, did not push me to get fake tips or other extra things added to my service (like some places did for me), took her time doing my nails, and was understanding and repeated herself when I couldn't understand her. When she asked me if I liked the color, she made sure I wasn't settling and just saying yes (I appreciated that). The lotion massage at the end was the icing on the cake. I definitely will be coming back here next time.

AND THE DRIVE IS WORTH IT!!!! And the prices are honestly the best think ever!! And so much cheaper from what I used to pay to get my nails done back in California... these prices can't be beat!
