Best nail salon in East Texas. Love the friendly service. Staff makes every effort to get to know each customer and their preferences. They know most of their customers by name! They enjoy laughing and make it a great experience for everyone. My nails always look amazing - I get them redone because they grow out not because they broke off or cracked. Pedicures are top notch. Waxing is great and now I'm a private and comfortable room! My daughter loves it there, she is very shy but they make her feel comfortable and that means a lot to me. I have gone other places in a pinch (when US nails is closed) and regretted it! As long as I live in East Texas I will not be going anywhere else to get mani-pedi-waxing done! read more

Worst manicure experience I've ever had. Lady was exceptionally rude. Cuticles looked terrible. It was clear she didn't want to be there or doing nails. Mumbled in another language under her breath when I asked for my desired nail shape, that she never inquired about. She finished the "manicure" in about 7 minutes. I opted to leave with no polish because the woman was so rude, and they still charged $20. I went home and finished the manicure myself. The salon is dated and they don't offer any sort of refreshments, the massage was definitely lacking and lazy from my technician and that's one of the most important aspects to me personally. She did a good job with the polish and callous removal but left some polish from a previous pedicure on a couple of toes that's noticeable. I would come back but it wasn't my favorite experience. Left lots to be desired! read more

Have been to this location several times with no issue. The last time I went however, the man that did my pedicure filed my toe raw to the point it bled, did not apologize and acted like nothing happened. Then when he did my manicure he rushed through it hoping I wouldn't notice my toe. Won't be back. Ashame to since they're the only ones in town with child pedicure seat. read more

Absolutely love this nail salon!!!! I have tried the other salons in town and they just do not measure up! The owners know you, know what you like, know your dislikes ... I was unable to come in for about 5 months and they still remembered me, my daughter and even our last conversation. i came to this nail salon 2 years ago after getting them done for semi-formal. i left with a very positive note. i came back and it was the worst experience i've ever had. i had wanted coffin shaped nails so he proceeded to shape them. after a while i noticed that they were crooked, and not all the same length or the same shape. so i asked him if it would be fixed. he told me not worry that they would look the way i wanted them once he was done. also not to mention he answered the phone while doing my nails. which is very disrespectful and just shows that you could care less about the customer and their needs. once he was completely done, i brought it to his attention that my nails were STILL crooked and not the same shape. he then said that MY FINGERS WERE CROOKED and it wasn't the nail itself. even after i had asked another customer there for their personal input and they agreed with me and said it was the nail itself that was placed crookedly. they were so disrespectful. go spend your $40 somewhere else girl. it's not worth it read more

Unfortunately The language barrier sometimes presents problems. I was told to select a color while waiting my turn, which I did. I was then told to get my pedicure first. The young lady started to paint my toenails a coral color, at which time I told her I had selected a rosy red. She then simply sekected a red and obviously told a young man to match it in a gel for my manicure. I should have objected again but just gave in... paying for and now living with a bright red color I do not like. If I return, I will write down the color number and be more difficult to please. read more

This is best place in Henderson at the moment. They have a nice size salon and it's been relatively peaceful and quiet when I've been here, even on Saturdays. I recommend asking for Vanessa, she's a sweetheart and does a good job. They also have a decent selection of nail colors... they do a good job for such a small town... Which is saying a lot since I'm spoiled to high end salons in center of Houston. read more

I've been going to US for two years but I've finally had to switch to a new salon. In the beginning, my nails always came out good. However, for the past 6 months their service has gotten worse and worse. I've had my tech watch movies WHILE doing my nails, leave halfway through and not come back for ten+ minutes, become very frustrated if I nicely pointed out a mistake I would like to be fixed, and so much more. I kept hoping it would get better but my last visit made it to where I will never go back. I asked for a round shape and short, but he gave me extremely pointed and long nails. I asked multiple times for this to change and he would just say "I know" or "It will be". I was getting a basic french tip and asked for a very light nude color for the base. He gave me a very orange and dark color, but said it was the lightest they had. Not to mention, their prices are so inconsistent. I paid $65 for a standard french tip this time, but a few visits ago paid $55. Two visits ago I asked about pricing and was told for the design I wanted it would be $70, which I agreed to. My tech left halfway through, and I verified with the new tech that that would be the price and she laughed at me and said "No they will be at least $90". I told her that I was told it would be $70 by the previous tech and she said "Don't listen to him", which to me is extremely unprofessional. Just in one visit yesterday, he cut me multiple times, left a very visible dent in one of my nails, had different lengths on every nail, broke my natural nail very low down on one side trying to rip my old set off instead of soaking them (even when I said it hurt), and left a few of my nails rough on the edges instead of filing them completely. This was the 2nd time I went & I will NOT return. My first visit the young lady was nice but took my own nails & needed them to apply acrylic. About 2 other techs came & looked at my nails & they spoke in their language. I wear my nails really long & they were a few nails the were darker in spots on a few nails. The young lady was so sweet that I didn't make a fuss about the nails being dark in spots. It was time for a fill so I went in today thinking nothing other than that. Well they couldn't find the color powder that was used & I was told next time I needed to take a picture of the number. Then the guy tried a couple other colors & I was told they were out of the color. It was used just 2 weeks ago. Mind you he had already buffed my nails & they were rough & dull. After telling me that the color was gone they looked at me as if I should have a resolution. I honestly think that if you aren't a regular they treat you differently! read more

Don't go. They are unorganized and their nails are NOT good. My main issue is the look of my nails were FAR FROM satisfactory or professional. I had to ask for some of them to be redone and would probably had them all redone if I had time. This lady didn't pay attention to what she was doing and tried to convince me the nails were okay. I have had my nails done for years and they were NOT okay. This shop also needs to get a first come first serve system down when people come in without appointments. I arrived prior to 2 ladies and was asked by a staff member wheat I needed and I told her I needed a full set of nails. I was told to take a seat. 2 girls arrived after me was asked the same and they also wanted a full set of nails. The lady in charge immediately seated the 2 girls that arrived after me. I waited for about 5 minuted before I was seated and then waited another 5 minutes before someone worked with me. The person that started with me was not the one that did my nails. They are non- organized, non personal, and it seems as if they just want to get people in and out without asking what style of nail is preferred and then when they don't do a quality job they want tell you why they are good.
