I called back a month later and they said he was very busy and would try to get to my bid request within a few weeks. Another month went by and still nothing. My bid request is for a substantial piece of business for them yet it does not seem that important. I don't feel this is any way to run a business and continue to be surprised how they are able to keep operating this way.
