I alternated seeing Hayden and Matt. I then had a cardiac incident, not at Select Physical Theraphy. When I came to my next appointment with Hayden I told him about it. He decided to give me a gental session and said they might not want to treat me anymore but he wasn't sure. I thanked him and asked to be called if they decided not to continue with me. Not getting a call I showed up for my next session with Matt. He told me he did not want to treat me anymore. I complained about coming there for nothing that day and about other things ,like him setting me up to excercise in the past and then walking away and chit chating with another theraphist. I never raised my voice or used profanity when I told him he treated me in an unprofessional manner. An hour after getting home, I was called by a crisis councilor. Matt had called 911 saying I was a danger to other people and had threatened him. Also my insurance company was billed, even though no services (other than trying to get me in trouble with the law) were rendered that day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Back then, the staff was amazing, professional, friendly, and actually seemed to care about their patients. Fast forward to now, and the entire experience has changed. We recently brought our son in and, as expected, were given a treatment plan that was about $2,000 after insurance. Just like before, we paid a significant amount out of pocket. Unfortunately, the current staff is a completely different story. There's a new injector, new front desk staff, and a new PT. The front desk especially could use some serious customer service training. They were unhelpful and had zero personality. We came in for what was supposed to be our final appointment to review my son's new X-rays and results. There was confusion about the appointment time my husband was told one thing and they claimed another so they marked us as "late." Because of that, they refused to see us. They also refused to do a Zoom call or even briefly discuss the results over the phone. It has now been months, and since they already received our money, we haven't heard a single word from them. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing. It's really disappointing to see how much this place has gone downhill. What used to feel like a caring practice now feels like you're just another number once they've collected payment. They wont even give me the xrays. Dr. Chris has turned from Doctor to hardcore sales rep.

I would encourage patients to find alternate care with a provider who is transparent in scheduling practice and provides proper customer service training for their staff.

Dr. Campbell has been my primary care doctor for over ten years. She herself is very nice, a good…read morelistener, and quite responsive to messages (though she is usually unwilling to do anything without an in-person appointment so she can get more money out of you). The office staff however, is another story. They refuse to do simple things like following up with insurance to get prior authorizations for medications they prescribed. I have one medication that was prescribed 2 months ago that they still haven't submitted the paperwork for. When I called to tell them that insurance still hadn't received the paperwork, and to ask that they send a new prescription to the pharmacy so I could buy it out of pocket (because I actually need the meds...) they intentionally hung up on me. Several weeks later, they sent me a letter in the mail saying they are dropping me as a patient. I guess they only take patients that don't require paperwork. I recognize that those of us with chronic illnesses are more work, but that doesn't mean we deserve to be dropped just because some of our medications require prior authorizations. Also, if you're considering David Ottolenghi (the other doctor at the practice) beware, he doesn't believe in vaccines... I sure wouldn't want a doctor who trusts politicians over science.

Both are highly competent, knowledgeable, very easy to get to know and they get to know you which helps them understand what you are capable of doing. I was told Kristin would push me which is what I wanted. I have played sports most my life, understand you have to push through certain pain, do what your told to get the results you want. I was surprised to learn only 50% of the patients who go through therapy actually do the exercises given by therapist to do at home in between therapy sessions. I did the exercises even challenged myself at home. My rehab went smoothly. I hit a 120 degree bend in less than 3 months. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain PT, Kristin and Sarah! It was also a pleasure to work with Jason for a bit.

I took it upon myself to make an appointment with Gil at the Wellness Center for her, because if left up to her she would probably just "deal" with the pain. Gil was kind enough to stay an hour after normal hours to see my wife because otherwise our busy work schedules would have delayed the meeting for a couple of weeks. We were both really impressed that Gil spent a large portion of our initial visit asking us both questions to really get to the root of the problem rather than just diving in and start adjusting her blindly. He determined that the culprit is probably some form of nerve damage and we are waiting for the Xrays to be examined. I will update this review when we see more progress, but after only one visit both my wife and I feel very confident that Gil Coleman is a great chiropractor that really cares about the people that he sees and is 100% invested in "helping" them rather than just providing them a service.

A dear friend of mine had a back injury that other doctors were not able to successfully treat, leaving him in agony, and barely able to walk. I went online and researched looking for the best chiropractor in Fort Collins. I found dozens of reviews about Dr. Coleman all of which were 5-stars. My friend was frustrated, unable to work and in a great deal of pain. After a thorough exam, where other doctors didn't even touch him, Dr. Gil began treating my friend. I was impressed with Dr. Gil calling multiple times after hours to check on him. Impressed by observation, Dr. Gil's fierce determination to make sure his patients get well and does as he says "whatever it takes" to help them feel better. Impressed that he succeeded in eliminating my friend's terrible pain without drugs, and worked tirelessly in partnership with him to restore his well being and function. I have since placed my trust in Dr. Gil for my own health care, and referred my sister, neighbors, and my closest friends. We have all talked and found we've had similar experiences working with Dr. Gil: calls after hours, texts, and emails out of his sincere concern to check in on how we're doing.
