Gone to this vet three times now. Although I love the actual vet, Dr. Gwen, I am so sick of the…read moreolder woman receptionist. Every time I've been in she's been rude. The first visit she rudely asked "did you even make an appointment" before I could finish a sentence. Bad first impression. 3rd visit she tried giving me tick and flea medicine that didn't match my dog weight because they were out. More recently I called wondering if it was an emergency to bring in my dog who was throwing up and she told me "Oh that doesn't sound good at all, we are booked till monday (this was on a thursday) you might wanna try down the street" When I told her I attended their vet and I just needed a simple answer she rudely said there was nothing she could do. Glad I've now switched vets with friendlier help.
