I was notified several weeks before the scheduled date that the groomer was not going to be there on our regular scheduled day and was asked if we could come several days later, which we accommodated. We delivered our dog at 8:00 a.m. and called around 11:45 to see if he was ready for pickup, only to learn that "he was next in line." When we arrived at 1:45 p.m. to pick him up, we learned that he had not yet been groomed and that there was a new groomer and to come back in 30 minutes. We came back after 30 minutes and after seeing our dog, he did not even look like he had been touched by a groomer or bathed, maybe only combed and a bow placed on him. We are completely dissatisfied with these services and have requested a refund of $65.70. I would not recommend Ultimutt to anyone under this management and "new groomer."

The second call was to here. They got us in with only a 30min wait, which included filling out paperwork. Everyone there was AMAZING! The receptionist was so patient and kind. Most recently, I brought my dog to this clinic because I knew something was seriously wrong. After examining her, I was told she had pancreatitis and she was treated accordingly. Unfortunately, that diagnosis was incorrect. Concerned that she continued to decline, I sought a second opinion from another veterinarian. They quickly discovered that she actually had a severe uterine infection that had been completely missed. She required emergency surgery immediately. I truly believe that if I had not sought a second opinion, she may not have survived. It was an incredibly frightening and heartbreaking experience. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first concerning experience with this clinic. Some time ago, I brought another one of my dogs in because I suspected she had coccidia. I specifically expressed that concern, but I was told it couldn't be coccidia and was sent home with probiotics instead. When she continued to worsen, I took her to her regular veterinarian the following Monday. Testing confirmed that she did, in fact, have coccidia. By that point, she was very ill and needed the proper treatment that should have been started earlier. These are my personal experiences, and because of them I have lost confidence in this clinic's ability to accurately diagnose serious medical conditions. I understand that veterinary medicine is not an exact science and that mistakes can happen, but having two of my dogs misdiagnosed has made it impossible for me to trust them with my pets' care. My intention is not to attack anyone personally, but to share my experience so other pet owners understand the importance of advocating for their pets and seeking a second opinion if they feel something isn't right. It made me leave 1 star in order to write this review I would of left no stars.

Not very spa or boutique like. I showed Lacy a couple pictures of how I wanted Blaze cut and I think she did a good job. I think I'm just a particular poodle mom and would prefer a more precise cut. I love his feet and body but was not too crazy about his face and top. He smells amazing and the price was great! Lacy did tell me it was difficult to give him the mohawk I asked for due to his puppy fur being so soft. I would bring him back for another grooming I would just choose a different look for his face and top of his head.
