This man is an absolute Fraud and is likely to break what he touches!!!! Update: It unfortunately will not allow me to attach videos of phone call but I can assure that If anyone would like to see how Marvin speaks to his clients I'd be happy to email the video! Just ask and I'll send my email along side the video for proof. Marvin tries very hard to intimidate people who are just in need of his services by threatening to add charges to their totals for no reason especially when he never fixes the problem and only adds to the issues! Also calling them very vulgar names! If you want my honest opinion you have better luck just trying to repair your device on your own or taking it to another shop as Marvin is the worst for customer service and to provide you with help!

Brian didn't have the parts needed to replace my screen and frame, but told me he could order it and have it the next day. Awesome! It cost more, but worth it to me. Brian also informed me he wouldn't be in the next day, but would communicate with his staff about my particular phone and the urgency as I needed it for work and on the road a lot. Eugene called me the next morning & I dropped my phone off. Although he had it most of the day as my phone was more troublesome than anticipated, Eugene kept me informed, was honest about how much more time he needed and why which sucked for me, but totally appreciated the transparency. Things happen & things went wrong with my phone that I wont elaborate here. But basically, it was out of Eugene's control. However, Eugene rolled with the punches & got it done for me! It's like a new phone again and they made sure everything worked as it should. Last, but not least, Eugene was slammed that day. I saw 3 people come in and back out please that there were phones were good to go! Eugene was a machine and knocking out repairs. Although mine took much longer, it was Eugene's transparency & why he needed more time that i completely appreciated. Eugene didn't BS me, apologized even tho it wasn't his fault and made sure he got my phone done right the 1st time so I dont have to go back!! How could I be upset with that? Long story short, iMechanic came through, delivered and lived up to the reputation and high ratings and reviews when I googled them. Def would come back and recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed. Also, they have a lifetime warranty on the screen vs the 90 days other repair shops offer. Great job here iMechanic!! I chose this store about three weeks ago to fix my iPhone's cracked screen. It was a convenient…read morelocation and someone had recommended them to me. I should have walked out as soon as I saw misspellings in their posted "guarantee policy" and that one employee was not wearing a mask. I was quoted 45 minutes to repair my cracked screen and apply privacy screen. True to their word, my phone's cracked screen was fixed. However, I could no longer use my gmail, safari, text messaging or camera. Also, my battery life was suddenly being sucked out. I told the maskless and unscrupulous employee that my phone was not working the way it was prior to repair. He stated it was a software issue and then jumped on YouTube to watch a tutorial on how to fix it. I was appalled. When I expressed my concern, he told me to go somewhere else, since I "knew so much more" than he did. Unprofessional, unscrupulous, not health or public safety- conscious and not trained or knowledgeable. They charged me $79 (with no receipt) and gave me back a worthless phone. I had to buy a brand new $700 iPhone. They deserve to be reported to the Better Business Bureau

Overnight they removed everything and reinstalled the system features that came with the computer. And updated the operating system. Then today I thought I had downloaded a virus! Ugh! Ran over there with the lap top still open and they took care of it. Did it right then or no charge. (BTW, this isn't the first time they have fixed something w/o a charge.)

They did stand by the quoted price I will give them that. This is a beware your product will take a while unless it's a simple issue.
