Extremely rude and unprofessional. They are use inappropriate language and are unkind. Its fact that they have scammed many people before with predatory business practices. They take advantage of folks with less than up to date tech knowledge. They are not a positive force in the community. I do believe it's the Bible that's says love thy neighbor. I really hope they rethink how the treat others. read more

My experience started out positive. I had a cracked screen on my computer laptop and took it to them for repairs. They told me that I saved a lot by going to them and not the 'big box' store. They ordered me a new digitizer and I paid them $107.11 (Part plus tax). They said that it would be shipped to them in a week or so. I finally stopped in about 3 weeks later and left my laptop to get fixed. I stopped back a couple of hours later and they told me that the screen that was shipped was cracked. They would have to order a new one. I told them that I would pay the labor charge now, so that once the screen was fixed, I would just pick it up. The labor charge was $81.00. I then waited a few more weeks and stopped there again. They said the screen was in and to give them a few hours to put it in. I returned a few hours later and they said they had the wrong screen. I told them to go ahead and order a new one. Long story short, this went on for several months with no resolve. I then asked for my money back on the screen and Tim agreed and kept saying he would credit my credit card. It still did not happen 6 months later. By now I was living in NC and was traveling back and forth to see family. I kept telling him to credit me for the part and they could keep the labor charges and he agreed. He said he was having a problem crediting my card as it was beyond 6 months and then he said he was going to send me a check. It has now been almost 8 months and still no refund. He does not answer my phone calls, messages, etc. It seems he does not want to make this right. I would encourage anyone doing business to make sure you only pay AFTER the service is completed. don't go here. save your money. guy charged me over $200 to fix a broken screen. then his stupid little teenage worker didn't tighten my charging port so my phone wasn't charging. every time i went to him to "fix" my phone, something else would break. finally decided not go back to this guy and went to apple. they had to give me a new phone because this guy f*cked it up. save your money and go to someone who knows what they're doing. do not give this guy a single penny. would be giving 0 stars if that was an option. read more

this guy is no master. my one day "fix" took 8 days!!! not even fixed. customer service.....he has none. I have left several messages and he has yet to call to this day. I took it to east Utica computer repair and was repaired. amazing. he does more smoking than repairing. anyone who has a business has to have customer service! heck, he even calls the place I eventually went to and complains to them about their lower pricing......master? read more

Established in 2014.

PC Masters Tech Repair was established in June of 2014, in the city of Oswego, NY. With the closing of Staples, and only one computer repair shop left in Oswego, Timothy Bonner sought an opportunity to contribute and assist the local community. PC Masters Tech Repair is the only company that offers cell phone repairs, computer repairs, and ALL things associated with technology, in Oswego County. The company also offers swift repair times, unbeatable prices and exceptional customer service. If not for PC Masters Tech Repair, cell phones would have to be taken to Syracuse; which would include a four hour total driving time for drop off and pick up; a five to seven day waiting period for them to receive the parts; and four to six hours to complete the repair. With today's gas prices, that is just not feasible. All in all, it's just a hassle. Tim is excited to be a part of the Oswego business community, and looks forward to seeing you through out the city.

Timothy Bonner Owner / Operator / Tech God / Sir and just a normal guy. The idea of opening a Tech Repair shop, came from the brilliant mind of Timothy Bonner. His love for all things tech, started when he was five years old, when he played games on an Apple II computer. At the age of 8, he disassembled his first computer. Since then, his passion has grown into a technology empire. He usually works seven days a week; ten hours a day. To him, it's not "work," it's his passion. We found Jeff by looking on Yelp and dropped the TV off. We waited a little while for the part to come in, but that was completely out of his control and he let us know when we dropped it off that there was a long turn around time for this part. After all, I really was not thrilled that I had to have a service call. The best part of this review is that there wasn't any charge, he gave me a pound of hummingbird coffee , a fabulous tip on removing the filter and we shook hands. I have used Tims' services on several occasions. He is a brilliant man period. I am quite PS savvy but once in a while i run into an issue i cant solve and Tim has always come through for me. He has worked on my PC on several occasions and my IPhone also and always left working perfectly and stayed that way. He has made excellent hardware upgrade recommendations. Last trip he worked on my pc for 2 hours and charged $32. I feel like a thief when i walk out of there and always pay more then he asks. I hope he doesnt figure out that he could make more working at McDonalds. Tim has made my life better by his efforts. read more
