They don't fit well inside a recycling container unless they are completely cut up. I don't want to do this, because it is tedious, and needless and dumb. Recycling center have large machines that do this automatically, turning large broken down boxes into small chunks. They don't do this because, in an effort to make more money, they use completely automated pickup. If they had asked me, or used a single moment of critical thinking, I could have told them that making their service worse in order to make more money is a bad idea.
