He gave me great advice, and recommended an external hard drive which would suit my needs. I asked if if he could install an extra ram into my old cd-drive, so I could carry on using my old laptop. The worst repair shop ever. I sent my Macbook for repair and the staff said it will take two weeks…read more In the end it took more than 6 weeks, and they even failed. During the delay time, they never reached me actively. Each time I called for checking the progress, they just kept saying the repair would be done the next week, and obviously not. They just didn't care!! No doubt the worst repair service I've ever had. (updated) After I went to the shop and complained, they found a way to fix my MacBook, did a detail system check and didn't charge me anything. It was a good service in the end, so I changed the rating to 3 stars

I came to pick it up and they didnt charge me for the analysis. there is a young guy there which was extremely sympathetic and helpful. After 2 weeks I came with my new laptop i bought and asked them if they can add my old computer data into my new computer. the guy took out my old computer hard disk, gave me a special cable and told me take it home and do it quietly by yourself. again, they didnt charge me. I went home and during the weekend i transferred my old computer data into my new. i brought them the cable after a week and they were happy for me everything went well.
