On recommendation of a law firm client of both Infocon and our company, requested information on…read moreavailability of data by providing specific details of the service another law firm client of ours was attempting to acquire. We are aware some of the requested data is available from Infocon. Three email messages - NO REPLY. An email to their Corporate parent company went unanswered. Phone calls to Infocon went to Voice Mail and never responded to. Contacted phone operator at Infocon and was informed my message had been forwarded to the appropriate person in marketing - again - NO REPLY. At bare minimum one would expect a response to a business requesting information that could lead to software development by Infocon to meet our company ongoing requirement.
