However the purchasing process became quite the stressful experience. Probably more than my worst car purchasing experience. Sales people were trying to charge me for standard features already on the camper by the manufacturer. We were almost ready give up our attempt to purchase a camper. And then I found Cobb & Son in Seale Alabama. They had the camper that I wanted. From the very first phone conversation with Ernie, I knew I would be buying my first camper from them. All I asked is to give me their best "out the door price." I live in central Florida, and I would have drive 400 miles to pick it up, and I couldn't play price games. Ernie called me back and gave me the GODFATHER DEAL. "He made me an offer I couldn't refuse" Next was a road trip to Alabama. Their entire staff treated us like family. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Dustin's walkthrough was amazing and so thorough. They are always willing to answer any operational questions that I have, anytime. After leaving the dealership, we encountered a brake controller failure on my tow vehicle. (This was no fault of Cobb & Son. The brake controller and wiring was done before we left Florida.) We were on our way to a campground for the night, before heading home to Florida. I called the dealership and spoke to Jonathan. I explained what was happening and he felt it was a bad brake controller. This was on a Late Friday afternoon. Jonathan drove to the campground, test drove my vehicle and camper and changed the brake controller at the campground, in the dark. WOW! WOW! WOW! This is the true meaning of "5 STAR" customer service. I would highly recommend Cobb & Son to anyone looking for a camper. It was certainly worth the drive to experience their fantastic customer service. I wish I could leave a 10 star review.

Unfortunately, she clipped a curb and a trailer tire broke off in Phenix, AL. The traffic cop called Faulks to move her out the way. She was so greatful and appreciative of the customer service she received. I know my child was stressing badly and was a definite basket case. Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback. There are several areas of improvement that should be addressed to maximize customer satisfactions to include of communication and accepting jobs while understaffed. On top of that, I needed my vehicle towed over two hours away. Whitlow Towing answered right away. Robert was courteous, transparent, and offered the best value for such a long tow. ($650) They accepted my credit card without issue and texted me a receipt immediately after processing the payment, which I truly appreciated. They arrived within 10 to 15 minutes in a well equipped tow truck. Robert took the time to look under the hood to see if there were any obvious issues before loading my car. He then carefully loaded Grace and kindly allowed me to ride in the cab, which meant I did not have to make other arrangements late at night. I was incredibly grateful for that. I was a little nervous about a two hour ride with someone I had just met minutes earlier, but it turned out to be completely comfortable. Robert was a perfect gentleman.
