We met with Dr. Douglas on 1/26, who talked us through the procedure, and made us very comfortable that he was the right man for the job. He was confident, but not arrogant, and had a sense of humor that put us at ease. We were given a binder containing lots of information!! What to expect before, during and after surgery. They had us come in on 2/1 for pre-op meetings. We were given the opportunity to ask questions. We watched a video about recovery. We met with cardio rehab and occupational therapy. They did labs and a chest x-ray. We were escorted by someone who had been through bypass surgery. What a great resource. The surgery was performed on Feb 5, and it could not have gone any better. Dr Douglas, and/or his PA's visited every day to make sure everything was going well. They even gave us a heart pillow on which Dr Douglas drew the bypasses that he had created. My husband was released from the hospital on Feb 9th and is recovering at home. Dr Douglas' nurse called to follow up and make sure he was progressing and to ask if we had any questions. I cannot say enough about Dr Douglas and his staff. He is the absolute BEST!!

Second floor…read moreoffice around the corner (pretty sure it was the surgeons) was the best experience everyone we met at that office was smiling, helpful and thorough with information given to patients. The first floor office seems to be pretty close. Most important the surgeons and medical team are all very competent and follow up with patients after procedures to ensure everything is going good. Without this TAVR program my mother would not have long I am thankful for this team and their dedication to healing.

They were professional; courteous, thorough and overall very helpful. My cut healed up just fine and they did a great job applying/removing the 15 stitches I needed. Did I have to wait forever? Yeah. There's a thousand other people there all with varying conditions and levels of urgency. So that's understandable. But when it was my time to be seen, I couldn't have asked for better nurses or doctors to take care of me.

Also was yelling at me telling me I had to download an app just to see what was going on, wouldn't provide a WiFi password and because the building was thick, my cell phone service wouldn't work! I was able to do a walk-in and they gave to another Dr. that was able to treat me immediately. Twice! The doctors are top-notch, and the staff, you get amazing service from them every time. They are professional and kind to the level of treating you as an individual instead of just a number. You will be very pleased with your experience if you are only here for just a minor medical issue. The talent really is 2nd to none here. I'm very thankful to have found a good doctor's office.
