Jason is very patient and spent over an hour with me after the inspection going over the written report and walking around the house looking at various features and defects. Jason has a very thorough knowledge of how houses are constructed, and I felt confident that he was able to evaluate everything he looked at. We got the "Premium" package; there are different levels of inspection you can order, as well as various add-on tests such as radon testing or sewer line scoping. In addition to the walk-through, we received a written summary of the most important problems, a written list of everything inspected with lots of photos, a floor plan for the house with measurements, 360 degree photos of all the parts of the house (inside and outside), and a registry of all appliances and serial numbers with lists of recalls (none in our case). They print the report out on the spot and put it in a nice binder with some additional canned information, and also email it to you so you have an electronic copy.

Received the feedback that the line looked good, and should be monitored every 3-5 years. I now have 4 actual experts looking at my sewer line as it has severe damage and have been told I 100% received the wrong advice from Jason and his team and there is no question from the videos my sewer line needed replaced then. A $16,900 job... I couldn't recommend this team less unless you want bad advice and them to refuse to fix their mistakes.

Inspector also interjected personal thoughts well beyond common sense evaulations. The pickiness and the overwhelming opinions that went beyond safety and code for the age of home overtook the report which made the decision making on the property difficult for the any buyer to decifier.
