The classes are inviting, and they do a great job of finding the sweet spot between pushing you and pushing you too far; while you WILL be encouraged to get out of your comfort zone, they listen when you say you're at your limit. The fact is that the world is a bad, potentially dangerous place, and this is a good way to be prepared for when things get out of hand. Also, it's a GREAT workout, a fun hobby and sport, but it doesn't bother you with nonsense like teams and points. Between this and the king fu classes I take at HJJ's sister school, Lost Coast San Soo in Eurkea, I feel like I'm becoming a dang 40-something Mutant Ninja Turtle, baby!
