They took a especially good care of my niece, as this was her very first time getting salon nails. And though we had a small hiccup with the gel builder application by the first technician, the owner quickly took over and resolved it before I even had to say a word! THAT is stellar service! I scheduled the appointment for a Sunday prior to my trip to Europe so they would look nice. The owner texted me stating they do not do this Groupon service on Sundays but only Mondays and Fridays. I work in EMS and cannot request those days off. She offered me $15 toward another service (services run $100 and up) when I paid $55 for the Groupon. She did not try to accommodate me and the Groupon is not refundable. I was wanting to continue to get lash fills here biweekly. However, I will find a more accommodating salon with better customer service.

This is one of the most convenient nail salons to where I live, and it's the one I find myself…read moregoing to when I look down at my nails at home and think "yikes". I almost exclusively get regular pedicures, so this review is based on that. The folks are friendly, and their chairs are comfortable. The pricing is in line with what other local spas charge, and their "basic" pedicure at $33 still includes a few perks. The biggest pro for me is the quality of their polishes. They don't have to grab one from a wall but rather choose from samples, and then they bring out a box with that polish in it. The polishes I get here consistently stay on for weeks with little to no chipping, which indicates to me that they're both solid at technique and also at ensuring the polishes they're using are of good quality and not too old or dried out. I've also never had an issue with nail damage here. On my latest visit, I overheard them working to make sure a client who didn't like their polish color got a satisfactory resolution even though it added a fair bit of workload to the nail technician.
