Besides my main doctor, anyone else I've dealt with is rude, they cut you off in the middle of answering their questions, and expect me to know exactly what to do during treatment and if I get something wrong they're very rude about it. I'm honestly thinking of changing practices. I don't feel that after I drop almost 100$ every visit to be treated like I'm dumb or they're inconvenienced to treat me. I feel like they are miserable having to do their jobs. I can't relate to what stresses those who choose that profession have, but I really don't enjoy paying to feel uncomfortable, and I dread returning to the business. I'd rather go elsewhere. Hopefully there won't be a problem getting my medical information to take to another Chiropractor. I'm not going back.

Most previous PT clinics did not provide proper (personal attention) treatment for me but never hesitated to collect a great deal of money from the insurance company. However, after having cervical spine surgery (earlier this year), my doctor referred to the FYZICAL Marietta (Sprayberry) and Kennesaw, GA locations for physical therapy. WOW, where was Ryan Reid and his staff 15 years ago? This is the most professional PT staff I have encountered. They really care about each patient and cater their treatment to the needs of healing and quick rehabilitation. I do not mean just the first visit; I mean every time you walk through the door. Each aspect of the treatment is determined to what the body needs that day! The extent of my surgery will cause me to have PT for an estimated 10-12 months. However, Ryan is doing his best to make sure I am back to my old self sooner rather than later. His workouts and technique (for me at the clinic and home exercises) are working wonders. Ryan and his staff have helped coordinate PT treatments in both Florida and soon to be in Maryland (due to travel needs) as they want to see complete recovery and they care about their patients. I had put off going to a chiropractor since moving to the area because the majority of the offices don't accept insurance and want to throw this ridiculous treatment plans at you or ludicrous exam fees. I went to ribley and they just have it all down pat, and are super efficient and tech forward. For my first visit I had to bring my daughter and before I hit the entrance an employee had jumped up to help open the door for us. The restroom was stocked with diapers, wipes and a changing station which was so kind. At the first exam they did X-rays and the sweet ladies at the front were kind enough to watch my daughter while we grabbed those images. I have seen Dr. Tanner and he is great. Soo nice, easy to talk to and he works on Saturdays which is awesome. Even without insurance their exams are so reasonable.
