Is that how you talk to your doctor's office when something like that happens there? These are real people with kind hearts! They are doing things that you and I could never do on a daily basis. They can be in one room, getting to see precious new kittens or puppies and their next room is a sweet old client they've seen for 16 years and they are blessed to be the ones who are helping him cross the Rainbow Bridge but it's still not easy for them. I didn't have very high expectations because it was just 1 week of training, but boy was I wrong! Wes and Destiny are truly dog whisperers. They taught my pup to walk on a leash, come when called, lay down, stay and "break" -- all in just 1 week! Each day I would pick my pup up after training, they would spend about 10 minutes with me reviewing what they did that day and teaching me how to continue training at home. They are so knowledgeable and genuinely care about your pup. I had no doubt that I was leaving my pup in good hands with them. I will definitely be signing up for training sessions over Thanksgiving and Christmas when I'm in Toccoa.

They let us pay in the car and I asked for his nose print, and they don't do that normally, but they did. They got us his pawprint and keepsakes of him, some fur. They gave us grieving information and called to check on us in the following weeks. I had him wrapped in a blanket and they even called so they could return it and I was stunned bc I thought it had been thrown out. They memorialized his pet desk account but kept it active in a separate place so we could still see his account but not unless we wanted to. They are amazing and I couldn't have done that process with another vet. I am so glad they cared for him so much in life and death.
