Then, two days later, the Jag XE cost here dropped like a stone, so I left work early to test drive it. I met with Kevin who, despite the fact that I was looking at literally the cheapest car on the lot, gave me his undivided attention and provided me with the same level of top notch salesmanship that I would've expected if the Jag were brand new. One of the biggest boons of the cars here is that they come with a three month warranty on OEM parts. I've never purchased a car from a dealership that included something like that standard. So after about two weeks when I noticed an issue with the coolant level dropping quickly, brought the car into the service department for the dealership and a few days later paid my deductible and drove off with the issue resolved. My very positive experiences here will likely lead to coming back when we're ready to upgrade my wife's vehicle.

While vacationing in Colorado last week I had one of my disk brakes heat up while descending a pass. I tried unsuccessfully to get local shops where I was to look at my brake. I managed to get it cooled down by using transmission gearing down. I called Colorado Springs service department and explained my issue and concern since I was at the beginning of my vacation and far from home. Tony in service told me they were booked solid for several days and were short handed due to Covid. I explained my dire circumstances and he said to bring it in and they would work me in. I told him I thought I had our local Jaguar shop replace the brakes a year earlier. Upon arrival Tony confirmed from his computer that my car had in fact received new brakes the previous year. He stated the most likely cause of the sticking brake was possibly lack of lubrication on the caliper guides. He did work me in only after about an hour wait. In less than another hour my car was pulled around and it was washed from several days of long distance road grime to my surprise. He said they inspected all the brakes and they didn't show any issues and I was good to go. When I asked for the invoice he showed me the ticket with total charge of $0 due. I was shocked. They were so responsive and didn't even charge me. With me not even being a local customer that kind of service was over the top. I can't say enough praise for their response. I highly recommend any potential customer in the Colorado area to take a good look at the Colorado Springs dealership. Their service department is exceptional.

I recently brought my Cadillac to Red Noland Cadillac because the A/C stopped working. What…read morefollowed was a frustrating and disappointing service experience. Despite having a warranty that covered factory-installed mechanical/electrical parts and labor, I was initially told I would owe more than $300 due to the dealership's parts markup. When I asked about their parts pricing, I was told that information could not be disclosed. After speaking directly with my warranty adjuster, I learned my deductible should not exceed $100, which the dealership ultimately honored after additional discussion with Service Manager Mike Parker. Unfortunately, two days later the A/C stopped working again due to a leak that apparently had not been identified during the original repair. When I attempted to return the vehicle, it wouldn't start and had to be towed back to the dealership. I was then told the wiring harness under the dash had been damaged and required repair. There was also a dispute between the dealership and warranty company regarding the cost of an A/C line repair kit, with the warranty adjuster indicating the dealership's price was significantly above market value. After finally picking up the vehicle, I discovered that the cooled-seat function (which had been working properly before these repairs) was now heating up. When I contacted the service department, I was asked to bring it back in. I made it clear that I was not willing to pay another deductible to address an issue that arose after their work. I want to be fair: both Mike Parker and technician Peter have been professional and courteous. My concern is the overall repair process and quality control. After multiple visits, a tow, repeated warranty issues, additional charges, and now another function that stopped working after service, I have unfortunately lost confidence in the dealership's ability to properly oversee repairs. I understand that automotive repairs can be complicated and unexpected problems can occur. However, customers should leave a dealership confident in the work performed not wondering what will stop working next
