On my most recent visit I used the self service kiosk to make some account updates. I waited in line to speak with an Agent at the front desk. Before I could make my way up to the desk (I was 1st in the queue) an employee came over to ask if they could help me. Together we returned to the self service kiosk and I proceeded to ask a few questions, make some needed updates and learn about my options. I will definitely be back.

They hung up on me the second time without telling me what happened to him or my 1 pm appointment. I took off work for this financial planning interview and they ghosted me big time.
