Last year I switched to another accountant. When I asked for my depreciation schedules to be sent to me, evidently their responses went to my junk mail. After I left a message asking for a return call or for the depreciation schedules to be sent, I got the attached email response. From my perspective, this was my first email from them. Not overly impressed with the lack of professionalism. Again, a simple phone call saying they had been sent would have solved the problem. I asked her if I could set up a consultation, so she asked me what my debt amount was. When I told her, she replied that she could connect me to their website for the owner to answer one question, but they don't handle anything less than 25k. Obviously I have confusion after hearing their add on the radio. Unfortunately this experience wasn't what I had hoped for, so if your tax debt is larger than 25k, they can help you and if not... Not sure where you turn.

They of course were very apologetic and insured this would not happen again. When I finally did go down there and met with a representative i waited almost 15 minutes past my appointment time before I said something and was taken back to an office. Upon starting the consultation I was informed his rates were generally $150 per hour , and I informed him that's not what was advertised. He stated he would go ahead and take me but that's usually someone else doing the "free" consultation. This is the conclusion, he stated that basically their company specializes in ppl that have numerous unfiled tax forms and owe a lot of money. He did inform me of how I could resolve my issue and he would help me take the steps to resolve but I could do it myself. So he was honest. I give him credit for that. Just before you go down there make their services are what your looking for. And one other thing parking is VERY LIMITED.
