I explained just submit it properly. No they need me to go in and pay and sort out their mess with my insurance. Such a dissapointment... I won't be back. Update. My spouse just stopped in google says this place is open till four. Door is locked. Called and was told they are closed. So can't pay the bill today time 15:15. Went to this clinic for an initial assessment and felt like I was being put through an assembly…read moreline. The physiotherapist spent all of 10 minutes with me, 5 of which he asked me questions, which included, "how did you find our clinic? and "who referred you to our clinic." I was then given a piece of paper with exercises by a ??? (she did not give me her title) and sent on my way. The phsiotherapist did not treat me. No mobilization, no heat, no ice, no tens, no nothing. The beds do not have curtains around them so if you are being treated the PACKED wait room can sit and watch if they wish. Was not impressed. I felt like a number with a dollar sign attached to it. The motto should be in and out in record time.
