Called 3-4 weeks in advance to book an appointment. Told them I needed to get the underside of a…read morefloor on an addition spray-foam insulated before an upcoming Energy Audit review. Told me it was no problem, and that he'd follow up with me the next week to figure out scheduling. Never called. When I called back he had "lost my number". Still wouldn't commit to a date, but said it'd be no problem to get it done before the audit. 2 days before audit, having not heard from him for a week, I call back and try and get some kind of commitment in terms of date and time for this to get done. First he says "Why don't you get them to reschedule it til later". Told him that wasn't possible as these audits have a set number of days to get what's required done. Then he goes on to tell me how he has other customers that have much bigger jobs - so he can't get this done for me in time. I get it - bigger jobs, more $. Fine. But to string someone along like that, claiming they could do a job by a certain date, and then leave me hanging at the 11th hour. Pffft. Complete amateurs. Don't get suckered by these clowns.
