The house he showed was a mess, the owner was away and the owners dogs looked emaciated. there was no water or food. And the entire house had animal waste throughout, obviously the dogs were being neglected. His attitude was to keep pushing them away with his feet. He also pushed boxes the same way with an attitude of just being put out that he had to show us this house. The way he pushed the dogs ( small pugs, no more than 7 lbs each) was with the same callouse way he treated the boxes. When I started to go to the patio , he stood there, did not help me open the door and said " why do u want to go out there , it's is too gross" indeed there was dog waste all over the deck too. He then said " I didn't sign up for this" it was like it was the first time he saw the place. Most realtors make sure the place is somewhat presentable before they show it, and he had plenty of opportunity. When I asked if anyone is going to take care of the dogs, he said, it's fine, they have always looked like this. (Their ribs and spines were protruding, their nails were disgustingly long, and all of their bowls were bone dry empty.) He was more repellent than the house. Basic courtesy and anger management techniques are needed to be taught to this obviously angry man. How he makes a living with those behaviors is beyond me. If you want a pleasant experience and deal with a realtor who doesn't view his own issues as more important than the client, don't go here. I would give a minus star if I could.
