We have had a number of sprinkler issues. We would try to have them fixed and then without much time in between have more problems. We reached out to Talmage at Peak Utah Landscaping to see what he suggested to fix the continual issues. He suggested an overhaul of our system. We are so happy with the system now. He was very well priced and worked quickly to get our job done! read more

Just like the year before, there was very little conversation, he took no measurements, and told us he would send a quote. We never received one. We liked what we saw at our neighbor's house and were interested in potentially hiring them, but after having the same experience two years in a row, the lack of communication and follow-through is disappointing.

I went with Peak Utah Landscaping to xeriscape my flower beads, and I am very pleased with the end results. Talmage was very thorough in his work of digging out the weeds and other unwanted plants and creating a base to lay weed barrier then finished off with good quality rocks. He clearly communicated the steps of the job and provided a fair bid. I was impressed by how quickly he finished the job. He was done in less than two days. They were knowledgeable - on the day of the project they asked questions and got clarifications from me when things came up. It was a pleasant surprise to have them get clarifications from me on a few points. They have the correct combination of using their own design and mixed with what we asked for. I didn't have to spell things out inch by inch - they understood the desired ending design. They were fast - the project finished faster than their original estimate. After the project was done they cleaned the area up well. Highly recommend them. We'll probably go back to them for future work.

He power washed the whole house a few weeks ago, and I was very pleased with the results, but the hardwater stain was stubborn and did not come off. Then Dylan called to say he wanted to come back and apply a new chemical he had found to remove the stubborn stain without extra charge. Dylan is friendly, efficient, thorough, and reasonable. He went above and beyond what he agreed to do, and the results were immediate. He is going around my neighborhood removing the rust-colored, hardwater stains from their brick for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dylan!
