They left me plenty of firewood like I asked, to burn in my fireplace. They had to access my neighbor's yard in order to get some fallen lens that basically exploded when they hit the ground. They cleaned up my neighbor's yard perfectly. I noticed the cleanup efforts from inside my house because I heard the crash as the limb hit the ground and I knew what would happen, it was dead for years and so it exploded in a shower of little teeny dead limbs, sticks and twigs the crew cleaned up the neighbor's yard, they did this automatically without prompting. And then we saw how much they didn't cut. They did send out another crew but the neighbor wouldn't give them access. But that was their responsibility and they didn't refund us part of our money. I followed their advice and was very happy with the grinding. There was very little trace of the trees when they were completed. This year we needed a large conifer removed from the front of our house. It was in a precarious position and they were quick to respond and remove the tree for me.
