I worked really hard to do that and was so discouraged and defeated by this. I tried not to let it affect me, but it derailed me because I felt like nothing I was doing was good enough and he was going to be nasty to me again. Not supportive or encouraging- more interested in hearing himself talk than listening to me. Sage advice like wear a Fitbit- which I already do. It is obvious that the main goal of this place is to push the hormone therapy. If you aren't interested in that- don't go here. Front office staff are lovely.
