I was referred to Dr. Chastanet from the NMCP. It took me quite a while to get an appointment date that worked for me and the staff was fantastic in trying to get me in where I could and happily rescheduled when my schedule did not permit me to visit. When I was finally able to come in, I was interested to find the lobby empty. I don't know if that's always the case but I thought it was a bit odd and really fantastic all at the same time. The front desk staff was open and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. We were taken into the back very quickly, I barely had any wait at all. After being triaged by the MA, I went into the room to await the arrival of the doctor. He has a LOT of energy! He breezed in and was so open and clearly non-judgmental that I felt instantly at ease. He explained things to me and asked me questions and I never once felt embarrassed or judged. That means a lot.
