From what I could tell, the shop carries mostly women's clothing, shoes and accessories. They also seemed to have a few kitschy items, like fun pens and things like that. They have sales rack in the back and they had some cute maxi dresses that I would have tried on had I not felt the impatient souls waiting outside. I also saw these super cute caps that I want to go back for! Not sure how long they have been open for, but take a peek! I would ask how much something was and the woman working there thought about it for a minute, as if she were testing to see how much she could charge me, and then give me a price. Very few items in the store were priced to sell. All of this doesn't compare to the shock I felt when she quoted me the price ($2200) on a very fake Chanel. I knew immediately upon touching it that it was a fake. The "leather" was not the soft buttery leather synonymous with Chanel. The other reason I knew the bag was fake was when I opened it, the leather was completely peeling like a cheap purse from Aldo. I showed the woman working and asked if it was real and she tried to show me the "authentication card" to verify its authenticity. She assured me it was real and that her years working at LV gave her the experience to authenticate luxury bags. I'll let the picture speak for itself! Again, beware of a store that advertises as "designer" but does not have the authenticate inventory to back it up. You will have a much better experience going to a really luxury consigner like Double Take in VA Beach.

The staff make sure we are able to share the "handicap" dressing room. They even take our clothing and put it on the door so we don't have to carry it around. They have sizes from XS to 26/28 and petites and sometimes tall pants. They have a great assortment of clothing such as a nice variety of denim, shorts, capris, tops, undergarments, dresses, shoes, boots, jewelry, purses, and MORE. She was very patient with me trying on clothes, took my opinions and critiques to heart, and came back with different selections based on that input. She was never pushy with me and even made a point to iterate that she did not want me to buy anything that I was not comfortable with. I left with several articles that day. She personally made an appointment for me at The Full Cup at La Promenade - another highly recommended boutique. The clothes that she has are of exceptional quality - something Mary prides herself on. I wear a pair of paints that I bought that day at least 2 or three times a week and they look fantastic. I purchased the pants 4 months ago and they hold up as if they are new. Since my first purchase I regularly receive emails and cards. The correspondence does not always promote the store, sometimes it is just to keep in touch. Mary greatly cares about her business and she does this by genuinely caring for her customers. I always enjoy how clean and well organized the store is kept. The aisles are spacious. The clothing racks are clearly marked by size and the different sections are arranged according to styles with attention to colors. This retail team truly takes time to keep their selections appealing to their customers. This evening's event featured 90% off clearance, 20% off storewide, and 10% off designer ($250 or less).
