The good thing is Target has plenty of sales and stocked shelves. Of course, there's the standard pick up delivery to the car or at the service station. The bad thing is the line. There isn't many cashiers and I believe only 7 self checkout stations. I was really taken back then I got something at the electronics dept and could only use that cashier to pay for electronics only. Anything else is another line. Target has quite the collection of stuffies and toys. Third time this week at this Target looking for the limited edition Golden girl mini stuffies for my sister-in-law and nieces. Loved this Target! I live in VaB so I don't come to this Target unless I'm over here for something already and have time. I had lunch nearby and needed a few things so poked my head in. They have a huge baby section with far more items and clothing than my local Target so I enjoyed browsing and picked up a few cute new things for my little. Not a Target I have been to in years with its location far from my home. However I do love my Target and specifically needed to travel a bit for back to school shopping a few weeks ago. My daughter needed a TI84 Drafting Calculator for school any my Town Center Target was out. They saw inventory of two at the Greenbrier location. I arrived shortly after to snag one in the electronics section. A super friendly staffer assisted me with the very last one. Absolutely love this Target, it has been remodeled and reorganized compared to last year. With the current COVID-19 restrictions you can tell that cleanliness here is taken very seriously. From the moment you walk in you see an associate cleaning carts getting them ready for future customers. There is also a white board when you first enter that lists what available COVID fighting products they have, like cleaning products, masks, gloves, etc. All isles seem to be enlarged/very open allowing plenty of space between customers. I have been able to find everything that I need here for which I am so thankful. During the weekdays I have not noticed lines, but during the weekend its a different story. There are barriers that set up a one way line and an associate directs the traffic, I probably waiting no more than 8 minutes in line. If you're in the area, this target is a must! read more

Don't worry - they still have all the usual departments including electronics, men's and women's clothing, toys and a large section with frozen and some fresh foods. First off, I have been shopping at this store for over a year now since I moved here last year. I usually get great service but today is a different story. The app for the pick up service wasn't working. I called customer service but they keep transferring me to different departments and at times my calls get disconnected. I got frustrated so I called them and told them that this isn't the way customers are treated. Luckily I got a hold of a worker and was able to get my pickup order. Until now I am still frustrated and I hope this doesn't happen again in my future visits to Target. read more

I love the Target curbside pickup. It is operated very efficiently and I really like that there is no minimum purchase like other stores. Sometimes I only need a couple things and it's difficult to run the bill up to $35.00. As a disabled person, going into the store can be challenging so the ability to pick up just a few items while remaining in my car is highly valued. There is one problem. I have been trying to give them more of my business because I appreciate their policy and I started including groceries among my purchases. Everything has been great except for the produce. Their produce is sad. If they want to sell groceries the produce section needs to be upgraded and better cared for. read more

I'm just gonna say it... Target is so overrated. They wouldn't let me return baby formula because their new return policy is you can only get $100 back in merchandise store credit in a year. And you can't even use the store credit online. You'd think in the midst of a supply shortage and a baby formula shortage they would be glad to get certain items back on the shelves, but, guess their values are as low as their employee's intelligence. Like thirteen styles of sparkly girl power shirts, some random throw pillows with #inspired/#blessed sorts of messages, and an array of toys/electronics you want to keep your kids away from lest you end up spending hundreds of dollars in one trip. The the Only thing I no like is there bathroom was nasty and filled up to the brim and spilling out onto the floor with um chocolate surprise. I adore this Target. It's close to my office and the staff is always super nice. This location has tons of black hair products, which I love as I don't like being limited to Sally's for hair products for my hair. I also like the new renovations, but the floor plan is a little confusing now. Before, kitchen stuff used to be next to groceries and now it's on the other side of the store. The feel of the store now makes it feel more modern and homey, but you still know it's Target. It's also a very clean Target where as some aren't as clean. Self checkout flows pretty easily with the staff they have watching so they can help customers. At this point, I generally only come to this Target because of location and feel of it. read more

This has a great selection of food items so you can do it all and get it all in one stop. The downside is their bathrooms are not well maintained. I really love this Target, but I don't like the remodel. I'm not sure if that's just because I don't like change, but the remodel makes it a bit confusing. It also creates large circular areas that seem a waste of space -- check out my pictures for more details about it! The people who work here are always nice and try their best to help, it's always clean, the shelves always look nice. They also have a wide variety of products which I like. This location is always hopping and so is the parking lot that also hosts Old Navy and Best Buy. Like most, this Target hosts a Starbucks at the entrance near the snack bar, just after their restrooms (gender specific). Also in close proximity to customer service. Bargain bins near the front typically cost me 5 minutes of warmup browsing time when shopping with kids. Though most of them have outgrown the toy section here (sniff sniff), it was a solid stocked staple. Now, most visits center around an electronics or clothing deal, not to mention quick housewares and clearance drive-byes for good measure. Recent trip also involved a holiday return. Line was 5 ppl deep but 2 employees worked hard to keep it moving. read more

I was never a huge fan of Target until now. In high school my friends used to rave about this store and I didn't understand why, until now as an adult. I love the home department. It's a homeowners dream, especially for the women and men who love to decorate. I hope the Opalhouse brand is here to stay. I'm starting to find more and more Target items in my home. Not just decor but clothing and shoes! I have gone target crazy!! The associates are always there to help and I love how I can shop while at home or work and have it ready by the time I get off. I'm writing this review for the kind workers at this Target! Also writing this post to make some self-awareness in the community. This location is my go-to Target since it's located close by, with take-out options conveniently located, and other stores near by, how could I not be loyal to this location? Although I could ramble on, and on about how much I love Target, I would like to highlight the store manager, and her team this evening. She and her team did p h e n o m a n a l tonight. Earlier this evening my friend and I decided to walk around Target, you know, buy things you don't need, forget the item you actually came there for, and then for some reason left with new bedsheets. When leaving the store we were approached by a young man in the parking lot who was trying to hand us "free bags." He kept saying "did you not get one? Take one!" We continued to walk away, and the man continued to follow us even closer, trying to convince us to take this free bag. There was a Target worker near by collecting the carts, and he acknowledged the presence of the man which prompted the man to walk away. We safely then made it to our car, but we then witnessed him trying to approach other women offering the bag. For any woman reading this, you must know how scary and suspicious this sounds, or do I honestly just watch too many crime shows? Either way as a precaution, I tried to make a report to the non-emergency police, and unfortunately we weren't able to get a connection. We decided to do what's best next, and report it to their management team as another form of precaution. The cart guy saw us, and paged his manager for us. She came immediately from the back, and asked how she could help us. We told her about the encounters, and she said there were other suspicious activity of this young man with another man, and woman. As we were reporting this to the manager, we actually saw the man with the bags talking to other customers with his other friend. As we were reporting this, they were trading off the bags between one another, and then the woman came out of the bathroom. She was dressed in fishnet stockings, a white and black striped skirt, with a VCU zipper sweater. Her hand was bright red when she was leaving the bathroom, almost like she had punched something. She also did not look like she was in the right state of mind. She looked intoxicated. The first man who was originally holding and offering the bags is 5'9-6'0 and Caucasian, maybe in his late twenties to mid-thirties with brunette hair. He was wearing khakis with a light blue button up shirt, and a navy blue bomber jacket. His friend was an African-American male, also in his late twenties to mid-thirties, around 5'11-6'3. He was wearing orange/brown pants, with a gray turtle neck tucked into his pants, and was wearing a hat. We could not make out what the bags said, but whatever was written on it, it started with a "B." The bags were white, gold, and metallic. They almost looked like a higher-end shopping bag. I would like to thank this Target team for taking us seriously, as they also witnessed them trying to disturb other customers. The manager ensured us what we were doing was the right thing to report it to them. Since I couldn't get through to the non-emergency police, this Target team took it upon their selves to try and get in-touch with the police. During all of this, their team members made sure we were comfortable. The Starbucks barista was offering us water, and the security guard offered to walk us back to our car to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you, Target, for the hospitality tonight. Ah, I love Target. It's like WalMart's classier, college-educated sister. Yes, Target is priced slightly higher than Walmart but I'd much rather pay an extra $1.00 for my mousse rather than deal with what Walmart has to offer. Anyway, Target is a nice, well-lit and clean shopping environment. It is a place where you could pretty much get anything you need from shoes to kids clothes to purses to groceries to beauty supplies, etc. It is always very well staffed and there's never any problem flagging someone down if you need help or have a question. Another nice thing about Target is they do have a pharmacy in the store as well and they have automated prescription refills. If you need something that needs to be refilled monthly, you can sign up to have it automatically done and target will call you every month when it's ready for pick up. I love this service! Unlike other department stores Target always has enough people working at the registers when you check out so there is rarely any kind of long wait time in line. read more

Who doesn't like Target?!? Target is my go to place for my late night runs before they close at 11 of course. Target has everything from clothes, electronics, bath necessities, kitchen appliances, groceries, pharmacy and now a optometry clinic and much more. You'll be able to find what you need here for sure. Target is very well organized and clean too. If you get hungry or thirsty as you shop, they have a Starbucks at the front entrance and also a snack bar area where they offer popcorn, pretzels, personal sized pizzas, icees, sodas and much more!! As you walk in, you'll walk by the dollar area which is where I always go to first to see what they offer for a few bucks. Trust me I've found some good stuff in that area for cheap! Target is always organized and well stocked. I just love how they changed the layout and decor around the home area, it's starting to look like an ikea. I tend to always get distracted seeing so much new stuff that they offer, it's not that easy to come here and quickly get what you want lol. Love me some Target also pronounced (Tarjay). Why go to Walmart hell when you can get a better quality product for nearly the same price. (I'm pretty sure there is a Walmart in hell!) Checkouts are faster and you can actually find people who work there. When my 5 kids were little it was the only place I could shop because they have the giant carts which we called the train carts cause you could fit 2 in the seat plus a car seat and throw two more in the cart, pair that with Icees and popcorn and mom could actually make it through the whole store without tears . Just remember moms that potty stop is #1. Before hauling your brood to the back of the store cause there is always that one kid who has to go when you are loaded down at the back. I walked into Target and they had a beautiful display of fancy hand sanitizers with luxurious ingredients to moisturize your skin. We know how the sanitizers have a tendency to cause skin to dry out. They also had a 30 pack of gloves especially for cooking for only $5. They had masks galore as well. I went in looking for a specific scented Vaseline and there were employees there that I could ask. I've gone to places and couldn't find a soul to assist but not here! I asked one employee and she showed me 3 different places they carry them in the store. The scent I wanted was in the baby section...who knew? I would never have guessed. I had to ask because I'd gone online and saw the site indicated there were 4 jars left in their location. I'd recommend the grocery section for things like a nice cold kombucha tea. They have a $5 wine selection called Roots. I've tried their Sangria and it tastes like it worth a lot more. I also found almond butter in the jar...it's nothing like the kind you grind in stores like Kroger or the Fresh Market stores. Huge difference in flavor and consistency. I'd recommend Target to anyone...especially this location. It's on Greenbrier Parkway near the mall. The strip mall it's located in also has great places to shop as well. read more

I've had nothing but good things to say about this store. It has its shelves full all the time, The service is great here and I love that even the Clearance section is full packed with plenty of selection for you to choose from. I loved to come here and pick out everything I need as a one stop shopping oasis. I can get my housewares here, along with my groceries, clothing, office supplies, and travel necessities if anything. My only gripe about this location is that sometimes when you see all these registers empty, a help wanted sign, and only three registers open for months at a time, you really wonder what the heck are they doing? Why am I standing on a huge line for over fifteen minutes for ten items that if there was at least one more register open, this entire headache could be avoided. read more

They had a great selection of footless tights for my daughter to choose from however, almost all of the white tights that were in her size were dusty. The bins that contained the tights had dust on the bottom which created a dusty film on the tights. Luckily, we were able to find a pair that was free of dust. We only visited the area where they had the tights and sportswear. I was pleased with the prices but the area was a bit messy. The bathrooms were filthy. Toilet paper everywhere and there was only one stall that wasn't filled with urine and tissue. Gross! I know its not this way every time I've come here but on 6-9-15 in the early evening, it was pretty disgusting. I didn't bother using it. read more
