These people will treat you like crap especially if you are in a joint account with someone just make sure you are the first one on the contract they make you sign or be main account holder . Me and my girlfriend had a joint account we both contributed to, we shared the money equally . I was in charged of the online banking and budgeting because I was better at taking care of that stuff and other personal medical reasons. So we get into an argument on a firday as I was trying to dispute fraudulent charges. Long story short is that she was able to make it to get a new bank card I did not have to go because I just finished getting and activating my new that Friday which I didn't even get to use due the account being locked again ñdue to fraud. This time though I was getting fraud alert because someone was changing stuff on my online banking that I was locked out of and my girl friend did not have access to. its hard for her to do any kind of things like change passwords and stuff. I was getting notifications all weekend and throughout the beginning of the week about someone signing on to my online banking. Turn my phone off that my girlfriend ended up going to get a new bank card. That Saturday and try to get me off The account because she's mad. That Monday She told me what she was doing I asked to why she would do something like that, because. I needed to get my Diabetic medication That' Friday and I was able to. Go to that, I ended up In the hospital not only because My sugar was high but also because the anxiety that Paul Delorenzo gave me by the way he treated me. He had my girlfriend sign some paper that said that I said it was OK for me to be taken of this joint account remind you my girlfriend is considered legally blind and I'm sure she didn't not read what she sign at the branch. They told me they can take me of the account because I wasn't a member I was just a number 2 on her account. Paul Delorenzo even told me to take her to court because there is nothing he can do about it . There is a lot more but it's not even worth my time Typing because I tried to reach out to someone with more authority and they had me talk to Samantha the security lady. So I think its about time I start making a report of everything especially the fraud paper he got my girlfriend to sign off on that saying that reason for me being of the account is because the the card holder requested it which was me here ill post a picture. In early October, I received a letter indicating that VNB would be upgrading its systems, including those related to mortgage servicing. They changed the format of the monthly invoice for my mortgage (for the better). I received the invoice one day before it was due. This is not my complaint. Due to the modification, my quarterly property taxes, which would have been paid from escrow near the end of October, were never dispersed. After calling their service desk I found out that they are *manually* processing payments. It is now Oct 18 has I have received a notice from my town that I am delinquent. I am trying to work this out with VNB currently to ensure my credit rating is not damaged. Note to VNB's IT department: 1. Test your changes prior to releasing it. 2. Don't make a major change two weeks before property taxes are due. Sigh
