Is Pearl Holding insurance valid or fraud Company. Their operator who answers the phone does not give their physical address - she said they are not allowed to give their site address. (something is fishy) Filing papers in court only allows physically address not P.O. Box. Until now nothing was settled. I paid damages in my car since waiting is not worth it. If I could give this company no stars I would. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get to a live person when you call. There is no way to just press a key to talk to a person, You have to figure out which number & description to get to someone - then you are on hold forever (last month was on hold for over 40 minutes and the agent was not that polite. When the machine way thank you for holding it says there are 10 customers ahead of , even after 40 minutes. I had this insurance a few years ago and was in an accident and had to go to the ER. They took forever to pay the hospital and communicate with me and WOULD NOT help me get the damage to car fixed so still the damage . And since the hospital used Pearl Holding Group to get pay, they are still under my "insurance" because of that my Medicare still has it under my information, I was able to get taking care of -took me 4 phone calls.. I went to the ER last month and Medicare said I needed a letter from Pearl with a bunch of information the agent said that they would send that to me -have Not received. So am calling again and right now as I write this spent close to 15 minutes trying to figure out what button to press to maybe take to a live person, have been on hold for 20 minutes - still 10 callers ahead of me. They will take your money and screw you over when you have an accident. And am pretty the other driver was screwed over to. Am going on 30 minutes on hold with 10 callers ahead of me. I submitted all the required information to their claims department (claimmaterials@pearlholding.com) more than twice, yet I have received no communication--no phone calls, emails, or letters regarding my claim. Every time I call, I am placed on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, only for the line to disconnect. On the rare occasion I speak with a representative, I'm told the system is "down," and they can't assist me. This has been an ongoing issue, and I am beyond frustrated. I had to pay out of pocket to repair my vehicle and want to be reimbursed for the costs. The lack of accountability and communication from Pearl Holding Group is entirely unacceptable. Pearl Holding group is the worst. I have a claim after one of their insured people ran a light and I hit them. Of course, they didn't even have a driver's license, but Pearl Holdings still insured them! So, they have a stupid online process to add all of your information and then they claim they "review" it. I called them to get an idea of how long before they will review and they said 10 days. I told them I needed sooner. Their reply was that I was "talking nonsense" and "did I think I was better than anyone else". It amazes me how someone could be so rude. This company should be shut down. Got hit by their insured who somehow didn't have a license. The moron hit me at a red light with my daughter in the car. Accident was 100% pearl holdings insured fault. I feel bad for anyone who gets hit by someone with this piece of shit insurance.
