    Damage from Pearl's insured driver (actually the driver isn't the one on the policy, but the car is)

    I will update to a 2 star as I was finally paid after almost 90 days. But it was definitely not an easy experience to get there. Lots of phone calls and long periods on hold. But I finally got the funds to get my car repaired.

    This company is a scam. They completely ignore amy inquiry's. Ignore phone calls and email. Screwed me out of thousands of dollars.

    They don't even deserve a star. Very rude and unprofessional. I made a payment via website using…read morechecking and routing. I received an email saying it was confirmed. So the following week the payment wasn't taken out so I called. Automatically after asking them why wasn't it taken out Claudia said it's because you have no funds so I took a screenshot of the confirmation email and my checking account to show whoever needed the information. I have money in my account and proof of the day I submitted the payment. She said how she needed to call to understand the issue. She calls me back and says how they are charging me $15 and they couldn't inform me why they couldn't take out the payment from my bank. Then I was told how I need to pay or I'm going to owe and be in debt with united. Both Claudia and Maidel treated me poorly and were very unprofessional. I called back still upset and then spoke to Maidel. I told her how I'll make the payment but I don't like my experience so I dont want to continue with United since the beginning they gave me an amount of how much I would pay and then increased it after my first payment which I did complain about. After experiencing this second red flag, Maidel than tells me how I need to pay next month as well which is 10 days before my due date without explanation. I have paid every single month and this is the first time I have a payment issue with their system. She then tells me how I could call in to make a payment every time and how she spoke to United this morning and they told her I put a wrong number when I paid via website. This information should have been shared with me the first day I called but instead they both spoke to me with attitude and a loud tone like I'm deaf. They clearly need more training on customer service because everytime a question was asked it was responded without understanding or empathy. I would never recommend this company due to their poor unqualified insurance agents.
