They even gave me some quarters on the house for the meter when I mentioned I was having trouble getting it to accept my credit card. The doctor was also really nice and didn't make me feel rushed at all. She actually made me a little less anxious about the whole exam. I've never been particularly loyal when it comes to optometrists, in fact I usually put it off until I start having trouble seeing, but I will definitely come back to this place. 10/10. +100 for no puffs of air, too!

I've been wearing glasses since 1986 and have had the experience of dealing with a ton of stores in multiple states over decades. I've never worked with anyone quite this bad. Also, the icing on the cake with her nastiness was the UNAUTHORIZED $50 she tried to charge me to look at some different lens color options for some sunglasses. I called her on the carpet this morning as to why she "snuck" this unauthorized charge in and she politely and quickly removed the charges. I'm certain if I would have went above her head on sneaking that $50 charge on me she would have got in trouble from her managers as she threw this charge in out of PURE nastiness. What makes this experience sting even worse is that I was a returning customer. On a positive note I spent $650 with them in December of 2013 and the lens quality of the glasses I ordered was AMAZING. Their lab makes an excellent quality lens. I'm going to keep working with this company just certainly not with Jessica.
