I had my first appointment about three years ago and I've been going back every six months since. I found a very friendly group of people there they make it easy to make an appointment and when you have an appointment time you get seen at that time no long wait. The office staff are very friendly and helpful and try to make your schedule fit into their availability. The dentists and dental hygienists are very gentle and, I never felt rushed if I need a break they give me all the time I need. They waited until almost 6 months past the procedure date to inform me that I would be receiving a large bill and that the procedure actually was not covered (despite me asking them to verify it was with them multiple times BEFORE having the procedure). The receptionist informed me that they incorrectly verified the billing codes that my insurance would cover and, as a result, gave me incorrect information and an inaccurate cost. They have not been willing at this point to make an effort to resolve the mistakes made on their end. Additionally, my emails are now going unanswered.
