I took a several year hiatus from dentistry after some painful experiences at another practice…read more After meeting Dr. Rahool Patel at the recent Mercer County Woman's Expo in Robbinsville, I decided to give him a try. The office is conveniently located on Route 130 in East Windsor in a dedicated building with private parking lot. Upon check-in, I was greeted by Dr. Patel who informed me that the practice is a paperless office. There was no form on the ugly brown clipboard - he took my dental insurance card and drivers license and took care of the rest. The exam room is modern and features a flat screen TV where you can view X-Rays and photos in real-time. Appointments can be done using the office's email and text messaging systems. Love that! Most importantly, Dr. Patel is an excellent dentist - my procedure was comfortable and he checked throughout to make sure that I wasn't in pain. Dr. Patel is very personable. No underachiever, he also holds a DDS degree from NYU with honors. 5-stars!

I made the appointment under the assumption that he could do a splint, as his receptionist told me he could do splints. Also, he had done an implant and a veneer for me in the past, so I thought he could help me again. But, my implant, and my veneer are very different, they do not match, as they were supposed to. The veneer is smaller and the implant is longer. I was not happy with the $7000 worth of work he did the first time. But, this was something more of an emergency and they had an open appointment. So, now to summarize, I had the dentist wiggle my teeth with pliers, make them looser, then tell me there's nothing they can do. I am worse off then when I started and now need to find a new emergency dentist for my loose teeth, which are now, thanks to the dentist Lei Xu. To be honest, I am now sitting in my car, in the parking lot of the dentist, weeping. My teeth are clicking worse in and out of place now. I am contemplating reaching out to legal counsel to see if there is any recourse for this. The damages, now far worse than it was before.

I appreciated them pointing that out to me, otherwise I wouldn't have known. I was nervous about having cavities filled since I've never experienced it before. Dr. Singh answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, and I was in & out quickly. My cavities were small, so they didn't need to numb me with a needle. The procedure was PAINLESS!
