This is a great dentist's office! The staff are friendly, the doctors are also very good about patient concerns, and even took time to call me back when I had a question (and did not make me feel rushed). The practice is also very good about COVID protocols, including air filters in each exam room, doctors wearing N95s (admin staff in surgical masks) and texting you when it's time to come in so you can wait in the car. I grew up in Plainsboro and moved to New York a few years back. I've seen a few different dentists over the years, and was recently told I had 3 cavities to be filled. I'd never had a cavity filled and was nervous, plus I'd had some not-so-great experiences with my previous dentist. My mom had mentioned that she goes to Smile Society and has had a great experience thus far. I called Smile Society and they were able to schedule me for 2 visits in the span of 4 days - 1 for an exam & 1 for the fillings. During my exam, they took detailed photos of my teeth & the cavities they saw. Dr. Singh pulled the photos up on a TV screen to show me exactly what we were looking at & formulate a plan for fillings. It helped me understand where issues were and what needed immediate attention. After my exam, they noted that I had an additional cleaning available through my insurance if I wanted to use it - and I did! I appreciated them pointing that out to me, otherwise I wouldn't have known. I was nervous about having cavities filled since I've never experienced it before. Dr. Singh answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, and I was in & out quickly. My cavities were small, so they didn't need to numb me with a needle. The procedure was PAINLESS! I booked my 6-month follow-up immediately. I'll absolutely come down from NYC to Smile Society for future dental work. The staff is welcoming, kind, and make you feel at ease. I've had the pleasure now of interacting with both doctor Sulaiman and Singh. It's now imperative that I write a review because they are incredible. TLDR: book your appointment NOW! To preface this: I've been loyal to my dentist for over 15 years. I've traveled over 4 hours twice a year just to get my teeth cleaned. I stick with quality. But sadly he's retiring. That leads me to frantically searching for a dentist who I could trust and feel comfortable with. Word of mouth lead me to a few but I didn't love their scheduling or how dental hygienists did the cleaning. I'm very particular. But I saw Smile Society from my morning commute and decided to check their website. This led me to booking an appointment. From the very first moments I knew it was going to be a positive experience. The staff were warm and calming. And omg. The actual visit. Dr. Sulaiman was so informative and took the time to go over every single x ray and concern. She also explained things in a scientific, medical but not condescending way. She, personally, did the cleaning and did an amazingly thorough job. All the while keeping this upbeat attitude and chatting like she was your friend. Seriously - I was so impressed. I just got out with Dr. Singh and he is every bit as affable as his wife. Very professional and ready to get to the root of the problem. They were also both really concerned with comfort and reducing stress levels. Their office is clean and inviting. Very modern. And one of the most important things is that they are very transparent about pricing. They're not here to suggest things you don't need. I mean they almost rebooked my appointment because they wanted to make sure my insurance covered the cleaning (I didn't want to pay out of pocket). Run, don't walk, to see these two genuinely AMAZING people who also happen to be dentists. I am lucky to have found them, and even after moving 40 minutes away, I STILL come to see them for a fantastic experience each and every time. My wife and I started coming here when we first moved to the area. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, all the equipment is brand new, and both Dr. Sulaiman and Dr. Singh are very knowledgable and personable. Aside from needing a general cleaning, I first scheduled an appointment because I was suffering from frequent headaches and sore jaw muscles caused by clenching my teeth at night. They fitted me for a nightguard and the issues went away almost immediately. They also saw our daughter for her first dentist visit when she was 12 months old. I am the biggest chicken at the dentist and was hesitant to go, even with the discomfort I was having. I found Smile Society on Google and then read some Yelp reviews that seemed pretty good. Turns out, finding Smile Society was the best find ever! I felt so calm and at ease which normally never happens to me at the dentist. Waited less than 5 minutes to be called in and spoke to Dr. Singh who recalled some details I wrote on my forms I sent in online. He was very friendly and reassuring. Then, Dr. Sulaiman came in and reassured me again and was just as friendly. She began looking for the issue and also completed the rest of the exam and the cleaning. During X-rays, the tech was amazing as well! She gave me a trick to not gag and to stay calm and it worked like a charm! I can't give away her secrets but if you go, which you should, you'll find it out! From the pleasant service with the receptionist both before and after (who went over the costs of a procedure and even if it's worth having two dental insurances when I asked and explained the pros and cons to both as well), the super personable and calming dentists and the awesome X-ray tech, I couldn't recommend them more! read more

I just had my first experience here with a routine cleaning with a few x-rays. The office is so stylish, clean, and modern. Everyone I interacted with, from reception, to the dental assistant l, to Dr. Sulaiman were incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Sulaiman was thorough and professional, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Who likes going to the dentist? I usually don't, but had such a pleasant experience here. This is a dental practice opened by a young couple who grew up locally. I was really pleased they are super nice and friendly and seem really dedicated to taking good care of their patients. I think being young makes them aware of the latest tech as they have this really cool 3D x-ray machine that I've never seen before. They also can show you your x-rays on a big screen in every examination room. I was really impressed. I saw Dr. Singh and he was all about making sure I was comfortable and didn't feel any pain. He told me he really wants to change people's perceptions of dentist visits being painful. I only briefly met his wife, but she seems really nice too, and very smart. The techs are great, really down to earth and they make you feel very welcome and at ease. I've very excited to have a good practice so close and since they are younger than me, I don't expect them to retire and move away before I do. read more
