My experience was he was very gentle, professional and right to business. He had a busy office but gave me the time and attention I needed to make sure I understood the process. He replace the antibiotic my regular dentist put me on and within a day or so, I had reduction in swelling pressure and pain. The procedure went extremely well. Staff was attentive and friendly. BTW he had diverse ethnicity of staff so I do not understand that negative comment of him being a bigot. Although, when I told the office about the negative reviews and it was explained that they were left by a disgruntle employee and her friends. That was not my experience in the least. Within a short period of time, I was completely healed, pain free and extremely happy with Dr. Lochetto and his staff.
